I am so excited to share my meal plan creations with you. This 1-week meal plan is completely free of gluten, diary and refined sugar. It will provide you with meals and snacks for 7 full days. The meal plan comes with a shopping list and all of the delicious recipes, so you do not have to think about a thing. If you do not get through all of the recipes in the week, think of it like a little recipe book that you can pull ideas from any time you need. 

This meal plan is perfect for someone who is new to gluten or dairy free eating and is craving delicious healthy meals.  I also think it will benefit individuals who have been eating gluten and dairy free for a while and would like some culinary inspiration. I want to show people that allergy friendly eating can taste amazing. All of the recipes were created with real ingredients and a whole lot of love.
