  1. Cut up the avocado into chunks and place in a medium-sized serving bowl.

  2. Add the juice of one lime to help with the browning of the avocado.

  3. Chop up the onion, dice the tomatoes, chop up the cilantro and mince or finely chop the jalapeno or serrano pepper.

  4. Add the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro to the avocados and play around with the amounts you like (as per your taste). Mix together to combine - but try not to over mix or it may get mushy.

  5. Slowly add in the jalapenos or serrano peppers and taste for the amount of heat you like or can tolerate :).

  6. Season with sea salt and lime juice.

  7. Enjoy with your favorite chips or veggies!

3 Avocado (3-4 avocados)

1/4 to 1/2 Red Onion (depending on size and how much you like onion)

1/2 cup Cherry Or Roma Tomatoes (diced - add more or less to taste)

2 Limes (Juice the limes. If you do not have limes you can also use lemons. Some people actually prefer lemons and you will see them used in some very authenic guacamole recipes (so I have been told). )

1/4 cup Cilantro (more or less to taste - I like larger flakes but you can chop finely if you desire)

1/2 to 1 Jalapeno Pepper ((optional) diced finely - adjust amount depending on how much heat you like )

1/2 tsp Sea Salt (adjust for your taste)

1/4 to 1/2 Serrano Pepper (optional - I use serranos or jalapenos depending on how I feel)
