Julie's Steak Marinade

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Place steaks in bowl or glass storage container and pour in the marinade. Marinate the steaks overnight or all day for best results. Even 1-2 hours is fine if you are in a rush. * I have even done 30 minutes and they still taste great!

  3. Turn on the BBQ and once warm and ready - place the steaks on the grill. Grill to your liking and discard the marinade.

  4. Serve with a large side salad, baked or roasted potatoes or yam fries. Enjoy with any of your other favorite summer BBQ sides.



4 Ny Striploin Steak (large steaks - any kind of grilling steak will work great)

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 cup Gluten Free Tamari (To make this paleo you can use coconut aminos )

2 tbsps Lemon Juice (Fresh Lemon Juice of 1 lemon)

2 1/2 tbsps Apple Cider Vinegar

1 1/2 tbsps Raw Honey Or Maple Syrup

3 cloves Garlic (minced - if you are in a rush you can also use 1 1/2 Tbsp of garlic powder)

3 tbsps Parsley (finely chopped )

3 tbsps Dried Basil (if you have fresh - even better!)

1 tsp Black Pepper
