Extra Zesty Garlic & Lemon Vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients and shake well in a mason jar or glass container.
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar (just shy of 1/4 cup - sulfite free )
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (Juice of half a lemon)
2 tsps Raw Honey (or Coconut Sugar (vegan). You can add additional sweeter to pair with sweeter salads (ie: citrus salads- sometimes up to 3 or 4 tsp))
1/2 tsp Ground Mustard (or dijon mustard)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (up to 1 tsp - to taste)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
Vegan: Replace honey with coconut sugar
Low Fodmap: Replace honey with coconut sugar and omit garlic.
