Who is looking for an easy protein packed breakfast that you can take on the go or enjoy at home? Sometimes on a weekday it is nice to have some eggs but we don’t always have the time. I have tried a lot of egg cup recipes and none of them did it for me, so I decided to just make my own. I love this paleo egg cup recipe. It takes two of my favorite things and puts them together – roasted veggies and eggs. So, that is the secret you roast the veggies first! The second secret is Cassava flour! This stuff is amazing. It really binds the egg cups together and it helps to maintain the egg cup’s structure. Bake them on Sunday and you will have a quick and easy breakfast you can enjoy during the week that is packed full of protein and veggies. Enjoy!

Think about what aloe does to the skin when we have a burn, it can have a similar effect on our digestive tract. One great way to include it in your diet is putting it into a smoothie. It can be quite bitter and if you take the gel right out of the aloe leaf it can be slimy - so this makes it a lot more appetizing.
